Returns Policy

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice (sales receipt) and have a RMA (return material authorization) number attached. The RMA number can be obtained by contacting Blue Fly Café prior to sending back the merchandise. This will help us process your return/exchange in a timely manor.

You may want to insure your return, we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next credit card billing statement for refunds.

Sales Tax

No sales tax on Internet sales shipped outside of Idaho. Items shipped to an Idaho address will pay a 6% state sales tax.
