You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice (sales receipt) and have a RMA (return material authorization) number attached. The RMA number can be obtained by contacting Blue Fly Café prior to sending back the merchandise. This will help us process your return/exchange in a timely manor. You may want to insure your return, we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
