The UV Power Light is designed for activating photo luminescent (glow-in-the-dark) lures and is much more efficient than white light (camera flashes), as it is tuned to 540-560 angstroms which is the most efficient wave length for charging. The light is 4 1/2" long x 5/8" diameter, powered by 1 AA battery with burn time in excess 20 hours. The light source is provided by a UV LED lamp with a life exceeding 110,000 hours. The UV Power Light can also be used to cure the UV products at a production volume rate. Construction is high grade aircraft aluminum. The unit is water proof and it comes with a nylon belt sleeve.
